Service Intervals That Actually Matter
Distance, time and condition — how to read your service plan properly.
Distance is only half of it
Most schedules are written as "every 15 000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first". Low-mileage vehicles still need time-based servicing because oil and fluids degrade.
Severe-use conditions
Short trips, heavy traffic, dust, towing and constant load shorten intervals. Fleet vehicles almost always fall into severe use.
Keep the record
A complete service history protects resale value and warranty claims. Record every service in My Garage so the history stays with the vehicle, not with a shoebox of paper.
