What the RLF asks for
- Identification of the person or organisation (ID number, or business/traffic register number for a company)
- Vehicle identification (licence number, VIN/chassis, engine number, make and model)
- Payment reference and amount
- Banking detail for the refund
- Signature of the applicant or an authorised proxy or representative
