Notification of change of ownership or sale of a motor vehicle

The NCO tells NaTIS that a vehicle has been sold or that ownership has changed, so the seller is released and the buyer becomes the recorded owner.

Seller and buyer identification
Vehicle identification (licence number, VIN/chassis, engine number, make and model)
Date of sale and purchase price where required
Signature of the applicant or an authorised proxy or representative
